Exploring Space on Earth: A Visit from Analogue Astronaut Girinath Anandhan

On November 12th, the school welcomed analogue astronaut Girinath Anandhan. He introduced students to the analogue research method, which involves studying one or more aspects of crewed space missions using Earth-based real-life situations as analogues. In collaboration with scientists, he also observes the physical and operational conditions of space from Earth.
