IB: How we express ourselves

IB: How we express ourselves
2020 January 22th Early School

Joy, sadness, anger and fear...There are no good or bad emotions, emotions are uniquely human.

When do emotions arise?

How often do you say – I am happy, I am sad, I am angry, I am scared?

How to appropriately express emotions?

What should you do if you are sad or nobody wants to be friends with you?

While reading tales, we learned that being brave is not directly connected to a person being reckless or fearless. A brave person faces and accepts his/her fear and tries to overcome them. We talked about a prince who fought a dragon without any guns and overcame his fear of the beast.

By drawing and molding, we learned to distinguish, recognize and identity feelings and proper ways to express them.
