IB: "Sharing the planet"

This week was a special one, not only because of a freezing temperature outside, but also the care and love for our beautiful planet shown by our students. They start understanding how important the environmental protection is for us. Grade 1 and Grade 3 students researching how waste recycling affects our surroundings and community, after starting recycling in our own classes, we had no fear to face harsh winter weather outside to travel to recycling company „Virginijus ir Ko“. After arriving there, we saw a lot of waste and trash which are sorted, later being pressed and dispatched abroad to continue the long journey. We are really thankful for all the people who take care of our beautiful planet. Don't forget to recycle!
