IB unit “How we express ourselves“. Creative writing.

Creative writing is an excellent educational tool that turns learning activities into more engaging ones, encouraging children to think creatively. During Lithuanian and English language classes, students explored various types of literature, learned about creative writing techniques that help writers create engaging plots and unforgettable character portraits. Students wrote personal narratives and put their feelings, emotions and ideas down on paper. In English, we analysed distinctive characters and symbolism used in the book – “Matilda“. During visual arts, students created works using various art techniques and tools.
