IB unit “Who we are”. Our well-being.

When we think about who we are, we often focus on our hobbies, aspirations, relationships with others, and even cultural or moral values. However, it is important to recognise that we are also shaped by our daily food and routine choices. These decisions influence our health, energy levels, mood, and even our attitudes towards life.
While exploring this topic, third graders discussed how daily eating habits and routine choices impact their lifestyle and well-being.
During various activities, students discussed questions related to physical and psychological well-being , assessed what they already knew, and reflected on their own eating habits. They also learned about the digestive system and worked in groups to create digestive system models.
