IB unit "Who we are" Web of friendship and community

By creating a classroom web of friendship and community, students realised that in order to form and keep friendship, a person must put in a lot of efforts. Also, students discussed personal qualities that help streghten and keep friendship and communicate with others. What is more, students decided that all these qualities should be displayed during classroom activities.

In order to develop social skills, students did various group tasks such as creating and illustrating a text from mixed paragraphs. Students also invited members of school community to join their activities and write down their thoughts about friendship.

After these activities, students understood that their behaviour and effort could positively or negatively affect relationships with others.
