IB: "Where we are in place and time"
2019 June 2nd Grade 4
Our combined grades 1&2 class (Ms Kristina Saltonaite) have been engaging in an inquiry into where we are in place and time. Students discussed the effect of local environment on homes and lifestyle, they learnt that in colder environments the houses are mainly built of bricks while in hotter environments of mud or sandstone. Children enjoyed modelling, describing and presenting their smart houses.
