We and our emotions

At the beggining of the new school year, it is important for our preschoolers to understand why people behave in a certain way and how can we change our behaviour. There is not much time left untill the 1st grade; however, we have so many things to learn and understand. We deepen our knowledge and start to understad not only what is happening but also why it is happening. 

Theme “Who we are” covers various aspects and helps children to learn more about humans’ behaviour. What influences peoples behaviour? We have already learned that people are complex beings but what about our behaviour? What is behaviour ? How could we behave? We learned to recognize emotions and ways to express them. We also understand why people are sad, afraid or tired. In our every day life, we need to identify various emotions and react to them; therefore, the theme ‘‘Who we are“ are perfect for developing our emotional intellect.
