Work of an engineer at CERN

Are you familiar with the work of an engineer at CERN (The European Organization for Nuclear Research) or the professional challenges faced by pilots? Students of class 7N, while advancing their English language skills, participated in the international virtual STEAM conference, EDSTART. They had the opportunity to attend talks delivered by esteemed professionals in their respective fields: "Become a Pilot Under the Wing of airBaltic" (Speaker: Kazimieras Starkevičius, Air Baltic Training Pilot Academy) and "Engineer at CERN: From a Dream to Reality" (Speaker: Lakshit Bahl, Engineer at CERN). These presentations aimed to spark students’ interest in pursuing careers within STEAM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics). English teachers: I. Banienė and K.
