International Porridge Day

The benefits of porridge have been in doubt for long. When you eat porridge, groats, you get at least 15 substances necessary for the body. For breakfast, porridge is a great source of energy for both children and adults, helping to maintain active physical and mental activity. After discussing and evaluating the benefits of porridge to the body, third-graders ate it deliciously, marking International Porridge Day.
