International projects
International Projects
At Klaipėda “Universa Via” International School, we are proud to participate in diverse international projects that broaden learning opportunities, foster cultural exchange, and strengthen partnerships across Europe and beyond.
Erasmus+ Program
Through the Erasmus+ accreditation (valid until December 31, 2027), our school organizes a variety of mobility activities for students and staff. This accreditation confirms our capability to deliver high-quality international initiatives that meet European Commission standards.
Each year, we receive Erasmus+ funding to:
-
Support group and individual student mobilities
-
Organize staff job shadowing in European schools
-
Provide professional development courses for teachers and specialists
-
Invite guest experts to share innovative practices
-
Promote intercultural understanding, language learning, and sustainability
One of our key initiatives is the group mobility program to Bergeland Videregående Skole in Norway, where students participate in experiential learning, develop essential competences, and address real-world challenges.
Conexus Project
Alongside Erasmus+, we also take part in the Conexus project, which focuses on building stronger international cooperation and creating meaningful educational experiences through cross-border partnerships. This program encourages:
-
Collaborative projects between schools in different countries
-
Student and teacher exchanges
-
Joint activities and workshops that promote global citizenship
-
Integration of new teaching methods and digital tools
Through Erasmus+ and Conexus, we aim to:
-
Improve the quality of STEAM education
-
Expand digitalization in education
-
Enhance cultural awareness, tolerance, and respect for diversity
-
Equip students with skills for personal development and future careers in Europe and beyond
